About Me

My name is Wilson Tan, and I am currently a senior in high school. The past couple years I have found a passion for working hands on with computers after learning how they are put together and working with related technical issues. My hope is that I can transfer this same passion to a field such as IT. My main goal now is to expose myself to different industries.

Experience

I assisted adults and the elderly with technical issues. Along the way I learned that in order to be professional and successful, you have to maintain patience and respect no matter what.

Joined initially to become an IT intern, but due to the pandemic, we used the time to learn and address about world issues via Zoom.

Joined an intensive 12 week program that went through:

  • IT Fundamentals (Hardware, Software, OS)
  • Intro to Programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap)
  • IoT (Internet of Things)
